Delete your Oarly account

You can delete your account here without reinstalling the app. Enter the email address on your account and we’ll send you a code to confirm it’s you.

What happens when you delete

• Your account is deactivated immediately: reminder and check-in calls stop, scheduled reminders are cancelled, and your devices are signed out.
• Everything is permanently deleted 14 days later: your events and reminders, call history, recorded replies and transcripts, family links, and your @oarly.app address. If your email is on the beta waitlist, it comes off that too.
• The 14 days are a recovery window, not a waiting line. If you change your mind, sign in to the Oarly app before then and your account is restored.
• Family members lose the reminders you created for them, and anyone who organises reminders for you loses the history of your check-ins.

Family member profiles

A profile someone set up for you, for example an elderly parent’s profile, has no email address, so it can’t be deleted from this page. Delete it from the Oarly app on that person’s own phone, under Settings, or ask the family organiser to remove the profile from theirs. When an organiser deletes their account, profiles nobody else manages are deleted with it.

Just on the waitlist?

If you only joined the beta waitlist and never created an account, there is no account to delete. Enter your email below and we’ll take it off the list. If you do have a Oarly account, use the form above instead; deleting your account removes you from the waitlist as well.
